North Middle School and High School vocalists were selected to attend the NWICDA Bass Clef Festival on Wednesday, October 1st. 350 students from the tristate area came together for a wonderful day of collaboration and music making! The festival was directed by guest conductor Ryan Person, Director of Choral Activities at Morningside University, and was hosted at Cherokee Washington High School. Congratulations to our 28 middle school and high school students for being selected to attend and thank you for representing our community with passion and positivity! Travis is a proud North High alum, where he excelled as a standout in baseball and basketball. He went on to pitch at Southwest Minnesota State University, where he made an impact on the mound.

Beyond athletics, Travis serves as a dedicated teacher in our district, bringing both his passion for education and athletics to his new role.
